At CAI Learning Academy, we believe every child is deserving of a first-rate education. Our programs are designed not only to ensure a strong foundation, they are designed to inspire our students to develop a love of learning. Our curriculum with its many facets is meant to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity and because we see each child as unique and gifted, our programming equips each child to discover and reach their potential.

Our students are immersed in a blended learning environment where they receive small group and individualized instruction routinely. The regular, strategic use of technology and adaptive software makes this approach possible.

Our K-2 Program

The early years of elementary school are a rapid time of growth in the lives of our students. During these formative years, our nurturing staff is committed to helping their students develop and strengthen foundational skills that will carry them through their formal education experience. That is why we make learning to read, learning math, character development, and learning how to learn the cornerstones of our K-2 Program. In addition to learning the essentials, we believe young minds are naturally curious, so we ensure our programming offers them opportunities to explore the world around them through sensory-rich lessons in science, social studies, art, music, and much more.

Our 3-5 Program

In Grades 3-5 students are learning how to relate to the world around them, they are growing in independence and learning how to ask thoughtful questions. Perhaps most importantly, there is a shift from learning to read to reading to learn. Students in Grades 3-5 will work both independently and collaboratively on research-based projects using technology. They will be expected to be able to write, edit, and revise written work. Because we want our students to take ownership of their work, they will be expected to develop and track their academic and leadership goals.

The 3-5 Curriculum is aligned to the Pennsylvania Core Standards which mirror the content and rigor of Common Core but reflect the organization and design of the Pennsylvania Academic Standards. The standards are meant to ensure the development of 21st-century skills like Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Collaboration, Communication, and Creativity.

Extracurricular Programming

At CAI Learning Academy, we believe it is essential to provide learning opportunities beyond the normal school day. We offer our learners a variety of After School Clubs and Summer Enrichment Programming.

After School Clubs

Self-discovery is at the heart of our after school programming. Through these programs, we offer our students the opportunity to explore the world and discover their interests.

Programming opportunities include Art, Chess, Choir, Sports, STEM-based programming, and Yoga.

Academic success is front and center at CAI Learning Academy and our summer programming has been designed to support this goal. Our summer programming:

Student Support Services

Instructional Support Staff

Our Instructional Support Staff provides individual and small group instruction in all subject areas as needed by students. While we have staff dedicated to helping students in any subject where there is a need, at CAI Learning Academy we have dedicated Reading and Math Specialists to ensure our students have a strong command of the basics before moving on to middle school.

Guidance Services

CAI Learning Academy Guidance Services are provided by CLIU 21. With the direct involvement of CLIU 21, your child can overcome self-defeating behavior, learn how to interact at their age-appropriate level, learn to positively interact with family members, and by doing so maximize their potential. To receive CLIU 21 services your child must demonstrate a need for academic, social/emotional, and mental health needs.

Speech and Language Services

CAI Learning Academy Speech and Language Services are provided by CLIU 21. CLIU 21 Speech and Language Therapists help stimulate your child’s language development through modeling and teaching techniques. To receive CLIU 21 services your child must be assessed and through the assessment shown to have a deficit.
