After School Clubs

Our After School Clubs provide an opportunity for meaningful learning that extends beyond the normal school day. CAI Learning Academy students are provided with a wide variety of clubs that allow them to discover and explore their interests. Art, Chess, Music, Physical Education and STEM are among the most popular clubs.

After School Clubs are offered to students enrolled at CAI Learning Academy on school days only. Please note the following as you consider enrolling your child in a club:

Club times vary in length.
Students must be picked up at the end of their club session.
Each club will designate an end time.
Not all students will be able to participate due to club space limitations.
The clubs that are offered will be based on staffing and volunteer availability. As a result, clubs may change from semester to semester and year to year.

Disclaimer: Spots are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. If a student enrolled in a club does not participate or show interest during the club meeting times, the student will be dis-enrolled from the after school club. Lego Club, Chess Club, Volleyball, and Choir have moved to enrollment by invitation-only.

Club Offerings

Art Enrichment Program

Offered to students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. Students are provided with dynamic hands-on art programming that encourages them to experience, appreciate, and create art.

Lego, Chess and Volleyball Clubs

Lego Club is offered on an invitation-only basis. Students will work in teams and use various LEGO Architecture sets to build different landmarks. Upon completion of building the sets, students will give a brief presentation on the location they built.

Chess Club is being offered on an invitation-only basis. Students will learn how to play the game of chess. They will also play matches against each other to enhance their chess-playing skills.

Volleyball will be offered on an invitation-only basis. Students will learn how to play volleyball, engage in teamwork building activities, and perfect their volleyball techniques.

Da Vinci Science Center: STEM Programming

Offered to students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. Students have the chance to show their genius by engaging in a wide variety of STEM activities.

Push the Rock®

Offered to 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders at CAI Learning Academy. “As a global sports ministry, we proclaim the life-changing message of Jesus Christ through the pursuit of excellence in sportsmanship and athletics.”

Choir

Choir is being offered on an invitation-only basis. Choir class is designed for students to apply musical skills as they continue to create and experience music as a musical ensemble.
